解決步驟如下：
1、首先按下WIN+R，打開(kāi)運(yùn)行，并輸入regedit 回車(chē)；
2、導(dǎo)航到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\Applicability，在右側(cè)窗格中找到ThresholdOptedIn值，如果在那里，請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊它，然后刪除。
3、現(xiàn)在關(guān)閉注冊(cè)表編輯器，右鍵單擊Windows鍵并選擇命令提示符（管理員）。
4、將下列命令復(fù)制并粘貼到命令提示符窗口中：依次執(zhí)行
- net stop
- net stop wuauserv
- net stop msiserver
- net stop bits
- ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
- ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
- net start cryptSvc
- net start wuauserv
- net start msiserver
- net start bits
- net stop cryptSvc
5、關(guān)閉命令提示符并重新啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。
6、之后嘗試檢查更新。
